The four stages of the Flow cycle.

Flow is the mental state of being completely absorbed and focused on the present moment.

It’s the optimal state of consciousness where we perform at our best and feel AMAZING.

Time slows down, our motivation and productivity increase by 500%, and our creativity and innovation go through the roof.

During flow, our brain drinks a cocktail of all the “good” neurochemicals such as norepinephrine, dopamine, serotonin, etc.

I may avoid cocktails in my own life, but I’m all for my brain chugging a pint of positive neurotransmitters with the lads.
