Studies show that being playful is good for your brain.

Positive emotions increase your physical health and well-being while soothing your nervous system.

So here’s me practicing what I preach and sharing more of my playful side.

Let’s talk about the unexpected benefits of growing a (great) mustache.

Starting with the obvious

  • Your manliness score instantly doubles
  • People assume you are a firefighter and save people/puppies for a living
  • Constant nods of approval from older men who respect and envy you
  • Unsolicited invitations to operate heavy machinery and chop down trees with your bare hands

Having a good mustache can be summed up in a single sentence:

With great power comes great responsibility.

But having some perfectly groomed lip foliage does more than keep you warm on cold mornings.

It inspires a level of confidence that can usually only be attained by wrestling tiger sharks with your arms tied behind your back.
